Job Summary of Warehouse Leader:

This position is responsible for leading warehouse operations in a dynamic wholesale supply environment. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to ensure seamless daily operations. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Warehouse Leader:

• Monitor and manage all warehouse activities, which cover tasks such as receiving merchandise, organizing inventory, processing customer orders, and dispatching shipments.
• Take charge of supervising, guiding, and supporting warehouse personnel in daily operational tasks.
• Safely and accurately manage materials at every stage, from their arrival to their dispatch.
• Oversee inventory discrepancies and uphold the correctness of stock levels.
• Review and enhance current processes to ensure efficiency.
• Make known the priorities and objectives established for the team by management.
• Accurately process and secure all related documentation in a timely fashion.
• Support the establishment of a warehouse environment that emphasizes cleanliness, organization, and a focus on safety.
• Maintain a professional demeanor during any interactions on behalf of the company.

Qualifications and Experience of Warehouse Leader:

• Attainment of a high school diploma or an equal credential is mandatory.
• The job mandates a valid driver’s license and a clean driving history.
• Thorough awareness of warehouse operations and logistics strategies.
• Remarkable expertise in interpersonal communication, solving problems, and managing tasks adeptly.
• Established reputation for leading and mentoring a team effectively.
• Precision-oriented approach with a keen eye for accuracy and effectiveness.
• Demonstrates a high level of multitasking competency and prioritization skills.
• Zeal for self-improvement and advancement in one’s career within the company.
• The job requires either a college degree or four years of practical work experience.
• Possessing over two years of experience in effectively managing teams.
• Hands-on experience in wholesale activities.
• Exposure to employee hiring, coaching, and advancement initiatives.
• The role includes responsibilities within a warehouse facility, outdoor engagements, and sporadic off-site journeys.
• Demands to be upright, bending, turning, extending, mobilizing, crouching, and ascending stairs.
• Skilled in handling and moving objects up to 50 pounds without the need for help.
• Fluency in English speaking and comprehension is a requirement.
