Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary:
The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for the technical management and enhancement of the ServiceNow application, focusing on integrations with other business solutions and working closely with both internal IS teams and business stakeholders. This role will provide technical insights for designing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow while ensuring alignment with Service Management best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business services, applications, and configuration items to build relationship mappings in ServiceNow CMDB using Discovery Tools and Service Mapping.
• Support all technical aspects of solution delivery, including UI configuration, workflow configuration, scripting, and system integrations with tools such as Infor Workday, POS Systems, Active Directory, and SSO.
• Develop, customize, and implement the ServiceNow Self-Service Portal to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design user-friendly interfaces for service centralization.
• Maintain expertise in ServiceNow and relevant industry standards to drive continuous improvements.
• Develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform aligned with ITIL, ITSM, ITOM, GRC, SPM, and CMDB best practices.
• Document knowledge articles and conduct training for management, IT teams, and end users on the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Communication, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• ServiceNow Administrator/Developer Certification required; Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist & Certified ServiceNow Developer preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service Management professional, particularly configuring core modules (Incident, Change, Service Catalog, Asset, CMDB).
• Successful completion of required training programs.
• Must obtain a valid Food Handler’s Card within 30 days of employment.

Salary:

• Pay Range: $90,000 - $126,500 annually, based on experience and location.
